Preston grew up in Lexington, South Carolina. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University and his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, and he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2024.
Before founding Kennedy Legal, he was a pre-suit personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he led the firm's South Carolina pre-litigation practice.
